8 April 2008

Mr. Mick Keelty, Police Commissioner

Australian Federal Police

GPO Box 401 Canberra ACT 2601

Dear Sir,

On Friday 4th April at 4 pm it again happened

I have sent you a letter dated 19 November 2007 and I have raised several issues but still I have not received your response. One of those issues was about the driver of three terrorists who entered a plea of guilty on 10th January 2003 for failing to disclose the details of the passengers at court, then later the offender was employed by St George Bank and this driver as bank teller on Wednesday 26 September 2007 served the target that they wanted to kill him, therefore has had access to his privacy and detailed information. This can cause danger for the target of that operation which remained unsuccessful. They have his address and they might attack him again.

I haven’t received any reply from you. Maybe you have some information which proves that the target is not in danger, so maybe that’s why you are so relaxed.

I am writing to you to let you know that similar incident happened again last week. In one of the branches of St George Bank unfortunately the driver of terrorists served the target of the operation again on Friday 4th April 2008 at 4 pm. This means AFP has done nothing about it, and still the terrorist is the employee of the bank.

Kind regards

Sheikh Haron
