Mr. Mick Keelty

Police Commissioner

Australian Federal Police

GPO Box 401 Canberra ACT 2601

Dear Sir,

68 days ago I asked an urgent question about terrorist offense, still waiting for answer

I have sent you a letter dated 7 November 2007 and asked you a question, but unfortunately I have not received your answer yet.

On 27 December 2007 I have sent you a facsimile to (02) 62757058 and requested you to please answer my question but that facsimile was ignored too.

In the letter of 7 November 2007 I asked you that if the prime minister or a minister is involved with terrorism and the evidence is available, should the reporter contact Australian Federal Police? If yes, can Australian Federal Police investigate about prime minister or a minister of federal government properly and independently regarding terrorist offense? If no, which organisation is appropriate?

Dear Sir, from 7 November 2007 till now is two months and 8 days. 68 days is not enough for answering a simple question about terrorist offense? My question was very simple and I don’t think it takes 68 days to find out the answer.

Please let me know that if I have a report and evidence about terrorist offense regarding the federal government, should I send it to you or different organisation? I appreciate if you can please answer my question as soon as possible.

Kind regards

Sheikh Haron
