26 September 2007

Att: Attorney-General , Mr. Philip Ruddock

Fax to: 02 62734102

Dear Sir

Thank you for your letter of 14 September 2007. In this letter you have answered that you have not received my letter of 27 July 2007 which contained a report about terrorist activity in Australia.

I have received the post office confirmation delivery for that letter, so I think after the post officer has delivered it to your office, it might have been lost or stolen.

I have sent a letter of reply dated 19 September by registered mail with delivery confirmation person to person, and I have received the post office confirmation delivery again today. I hope this time you have successfully received it but as the terrorism issue is sensitive and important I appreciate if you for my peace of mind confirm that you have received the correspondence of 19 September 2007 in case if the letter is lost or has been stolen again. I wait for your reply. Thank you.

Kind regards

Sheikh Haron
