Sheikh Haron is Ayatollah Manteghi Boroujerdi. He was born in Boroujerd. He is the son of Muslim cleric Sheikh Mohammad Hossein Manteghi Boroujerdi who was the student of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Hossein Boroujerdi (marja-e-Taqlid). The Grand Ayatollah who established cordial relation with Sheikh Mahmud Shaltut, the Grand Sheikh of Al-Azhar. These two Muslim clerics established the “House for Bringing Muslim Sects Nearer” in Cairo, Egypt for the unity of Muslims.
Sheikh Mohammad Hossein Manteghi Boroujerdi first studied in Hawzah Elmiyyah in Boroujerd and then in Hawzah Elmiyyah in Qum and later in Hawzah Elmiyyah in Najaf (Iraq).
Sheikh Haron (Ayatollah Boroujerdi) first studied and learnt Islamic knowledge from his father. Later he arrived at university in Tehran and studied Islamic educations and political sciences. He has studied and taught Quranic Sciences, Tafsir, Hadith, Mantiq (Logic), Islamic Philosophy, Fiqh (Shariah Law), Osul Ul Fiqh and some other Islamic sciences in Hawzah Elmiyyah in Tehran and Qum.
Ayatollah Boroujerdi (Sheikh Haron) and his father (Sheikh Mohammad Hossein) like Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Hossein Boroujerdi were always concerned about the unity of Muslims.
Both Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Hossein Borujerdi and his student Sheikh Mohammad Hossein Manteghi Borujerdi believed in the separation of religion from state.
The Grand Ayatollah was against the state religion even though he was Ayatollah Khomeini’s senior in rank at the time. The Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Hossein Boroujerdi forbade Ayatollah Khomeini to take part in political activities, a ban that ended with the Grand Ayatollah’s death on 19 March 1962 however Sheikh Mohammad Hossein Boroujerdi (Sheikh Haron’s father) was not against Ayatollah Khomeini but was not a fan of him as well. After Islamic revolution he preferred not to be involved in state religion and he spent all his life for teaching the Holy Quran and Fiqh (Shariah law).
Islamic revolution in Iran against the west particularly United States of America by the Iranian people and with the leadership of Imam Khomeini happened and the Shah’s regime changed. Sheikh Haron was supporting Imam Khomeini and the Islamic revolution like many others who were against the oppression of the United States of America.
Ayatollah Boroujerdi (Sheikh Haron) although was the student or friend of some of the ruling clerics like Ayatollah Khazali, Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani, Ayatollah Golpayegani (different with Grand Ayatollah Golpayegani ) Ayatollah Amid Zanjaani, Ayatollah Alam Ul Huda etc from right party, and also Ayatollah Karroubi, Ayatollah Haadi Khamenei (brother of Ayatollah Khamenei, the current spiritual leader of Iran), Seyyed Ali Akbar Mohtashamipour, Sheikh Rasoul Montajab Nia etc from left party, but later he started criticizing his teachers and friends from both parties. Sheikh Haron had some different views with some Iranian clerics about both religious and political issues. Although Sheikh Haron disagrees with some of their views but he believe he must respect them as much as possible. Sheikh Haron finally decided for Hijrah. He as a Muhaajer in the way of Allah left home and everything including relatives, friends, property, position, status etc and he had hope that Insha Allah (God willing) this sacrifying would be accepted by Allah as a small gift and this Hijrah God willing could be beneficial for Islam and Muslims. He believes that what he has sacrificed is nothing comparing with some other Muslims who have struggled hard in the way of Allah.
We are non-sectarian Muslims who believe in Allah (SWT) and try to follow the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him). We strongly believe in the unity of Muslims around the world, and we avoid any topic which brings disunity amongst the Muslim community. If Muslims do anything wrong we prefer firstly to criticize them in private, not in public, to avoid giving any opportunity to disbelievers or hypocrites taking advantage against Muslims. However when we fear any possible damage on Islam or Muslims we won't remain silent in public if anyone even a Muslim (hypocrites) tries to do Fitnah against Islam or Muslim community.
We request all Muslims to please pray for us, and we also pray for you all, and we hope one day all Muslims will be united around the world.

The phrase above is one of the comments of the DVDs and CDs which a non-Muslim company has imported to Australia. This DVD clearly incites and encourages people to be "happy" with suicide, and as a result increasing the potential suicide attackers in the Australian society. It directly and clearly encourages people to be able to suicide with "happiness". Nearly one year these terrorist disks have been available in many shops around Australia and AFP (Australian Frame Up Police) was quiet about it!
